Bonjour mes amis, from Madelina de Lindesaye!

Things at home are finally settling into a routine. I am back home, no
longer working at Flashnet, which is a good thing since Laird Logan didn't
do too well at being Mr. Mom. He is currently waiting to hear back from the
City of Ft. Worth on an Instrumentation/Calibration/ and electronic
technician job.

In the meanwhile, he is itching to heat up the forge again since the weather
has finally started cooling. He has decided he's ready to start holding his
armoring/blacksmithing classes now. The first will be December 6th starting
at 6 p.m. lasting until 11 p.m. or the neighbors complain about the noise.
For those wishing to hammer, feel free to bring a cross peen hammer no
larger than 2 lbs. We do have hammers to loan as well.

Laird Logan can address any topic in metalworking and armor making & repair,
but will also have a handout for beginners available. He also has
leatherworking tools and some supplies available.

We have two small children, 3 and 7, so if you can't get a babysitter, feel
free to come anyway. There will be ways of amusing children on hand
(swings, trucks, dolls, children's videos, etc.).

Feel free to bring snacks or drinks (home brewed or otherwise) if you wish.
We might accidentally have some beer and wine ready by then to sample.

Once again, December 6th, a Monday, from 6 pm - 11 pm at:
6600 Sheridan Rd., Ft. Worth, 76134 (817)568-0412

Take 1-35 to Alta Mesa (the intersection that has Alcon, Holiday Inn, a
convenience store, and The Rig restaurant at it). Go West on Alta Mesa for
about one block. At the top of the hill at the light, go south (it doesn't
go north). About two blocks down on the west side of the street, look for a
house hidden by trees. We are next door to the Peppertree Acres apartments.
We can see the Motel 6 which faces I-35 from our front yard. The light will
be on. Hope to see you there.

Amicalement,
Madelina
