Greetings and Hi There,

If money is a problem, and unless you all just want to aquire more equipment
that will require storage and  maintainance,  Why not use those big
disposable pans you can get a Sam's?

Granted they don't look very period.  However, they'll hold over 20  pounds
of food  and they come in packs of 10 for less than $11.00.  When you're
done the thing, it either goes home with someone or in the garbage.

That's my nickel worth (2cents plus 3 cents shipping and handling).
