ES - Microphones in court - On advising the Crown

Very good advice to us non-Crowns also. Unfortunately,
we did not know when the thread started that their
Highnesses had expressed a preference. Of course,
the first move should have been to bring up the
problems mentioned in the list with them (before
they were posted to the list) and asked
TRH if they would like to address them and, if so,
what their direction might be. I'm sorry we (and I
*am* including myself) did not have the wisdom
to do it this way.

In any case, I agree we have beaten the horse
to death.
