ES - Challenge from the Loch

Greetings,

I just received my scroll, as I suspect that most of you have, and I was
curious if anyone knew if our new Rapier Defender was going to be able to go
to Loch Guardian to accept the challenge laid before the Barony.  And, if
not, if their excellencies have thought of asking someone who is going? (I'm
not, nor am I nearly good enough).
