ES - Address verification request (fwd)

We have had a few of these before. They have always been of the
sort "I wanted to be able to talk to my friends on this list"
so they added all their friends from their email address list.
Unfortunately, we were on the list. Fortunately, the list requires
some positive affirmation that we want to the on that list. If you
don't respond it will go away.

You can get mad at the person who did it, but they are usually
internet novices, didn't mean to inconvenience anyone, and
aren't aware of what they did.

Just think of it as junk mail and ignore it.
