I am pleased to announce the publication of the much awaited Gulf Wars
IX special edition of The Scarlet Letter, the newsletter of the canton
of Loch Ruadh.

If you are subscribed to The Scarlet Letter, you will be receiving it in
the mail in the next few days. If you are not a subscriber (for shame!)
or you just can't wait, copies will be available from any Loch Ruadh
officer for $1.00 each. 
Subscriptions are just $6.00 a year. For your $6.00, not only do you get
the special issue, but reprints of the two previous regular issues and
the remaining 4 issues for the year! What a good time to sign up!

I will have copies of the Extra at Loch Ruadh's Populace meeting tonight
and at IHOP afterward!
