ES - Springfaire Troll Volunteers

Greetings,

I need help. (More than mental this time.) I need volunteers for Troll at Springfaire. I've been waiting for things to calm down a bit before calling for help, but that might not occur until well after the event, so....."help." 

I've been working on a tool to help autocrats and activity coordinators schedule volunteers and such. It's not finished by any means, but I do have enough put together to help a little. You can see what times are open by going to:

While you're there you can Click on the 'Open' link for a shift you'd like to work and it will start an email message to me with the info. (In the future, it will automatically update the database (and the webpage) to greatly reduce the work required of coordinators.) Please send me a message privately if you have any questions, trouble or suggestions, and remember my event manager website it's not at all complete, so if you're clever or noisy, you'll find areas that don't work yet. :-) But feel free to look it over.
