ES - The Elfsea Domesday

Many of them would not pick up such copies. Since we are paying for
it out of Baronial funds, we need to print only what will be used.
I will gladly authorize printing for as many people in the book as
want a copy. Let's just collect requests and make as few additional
demands on Anizka's time as possible. That is, lets print them in
batches whenever enough requests accumulate.
