Greetings Elfsea!

With the completion of this update to the Domesday I am pleased to let it be
known we have an electronic format of the list. This is stored either in an
Access database or as Comma Delimited Text File.

Now, before I get swamped by requests from everyone and their uncle, here
are the restrictions :

1) You must be an active player in the Barony of Elfsea, known to me.
2) You must agree that the file will be used for Personal Use Only. It must
not be made available to anyone else, via the Web or other method of
distribution. This includes forwarding the file to other people, they have
to come through me to get a copy.

These restrictions may seem draconian, but this is very private information
meant to be shared solely with the community that is the Barony of Elfsea.
I don't expect any problems

If for any reason I refuse to give you the database, and you wish to appeal,
that appeal can be made to Lord Caelin, the Seneschal of Elfsea. These
restrictions were discussed with him, and I am merely coordinating this
effort. Lord Caelin wil also be recieving a list of all people who recieved
a copy of the database.
