ES - Free Car

I have a 1984 crysler lebaron convertable that is free to a good home.  In
a week I'll be donating it if it is still here.  It is a fine car and
sturdy but I do not consider it reliable transportation.  It does run (or
it did the last time I moved it a few months ago), but it has an electrical
problem.  I know exactly what it is (the wiring harness needs to be re-run)
but I do not wish to deal with it.  If there are any handy people out there
