ES - Canceled meeting

The populace meeting for the Incipiant College of Three bridges has been
moved to next friday(feb. 25).  Noon Preston hall room 110.

Bring your coloring skills!  We will be coloring the device submissions
for the college!  And discussing personas, gaurb, upcoming events, and
anything else desired.
