I think that since there are people who have to teach classes in the 
afternoon, it might be prudent to know when the person will be available to 
be with their display.  I think that having down the person's schedule is a 
very good idea, that way you can swing by their display during the hour(s) 
they will be available for the conversation.

I also find it easier to talk about my display rather than let the 
documentation speak for it.  That way I can give some history or anecdotal 
details that would not necessarily be in the documentation (simply because 
they don't bear on the 'authenticity' of the piece), but might make you 
understand it more fully.

Perfect sense.  I have been creating a piece of embroidery with some 
'homemade' spun and dyed yarns.  But some of the yarn is commercially made 
(to save time).  If I had done the yarns that were homespun, I would include 
them as a separate item in my display, or at least make a note of that in my 
documentation (unfortunately, I haven't had time to make my own yet, Stella 
was kind enough to start me out).
