You could take orders at the event, but mass copying before the 
end of the day (especially for the later classes) would be very 
difficult.

You would have to get copyright release from the teachers and 
releases from the participants to distribute video with them 
in it. Videoing the majority of the classes would be difficult 
due to the amount of equipment involved (at least one camera 
for each class). They would probably need editing before 
release.

I am not trying to put obstacles in your way, just doing the 
Seneschal thing and doing a reality check. I think doing this 
for selected classes would be great.
