Greetings and felicitations from Lord Armand Dragonetti,

I would invite you to visit my online photo gallery at:
http://www.generich.com/elfsea/contents.asp
where you may find photos of some of the gentles you've seen on this list.
The photo album currently holds over 110 pages with roughly 10-15 photos per
page and predominantly favors Elfsea's populace and events in it's content.
There is a search form that you can use to look up an individual by their
(SCA) name. I would suggest that you leave off any titles and use only a
portion of the name and add an asterisk as a wildcard. For example, to find
Timothy of Glastonbury, try searching for: Tim* (BTW, searching my name is
not a good way to find my photo, as my name appears on virtually every page.
My ladywife, Ameline du Bois, and I appear on the initial contents page (the
url above).

This may or may not help you to recognize some of us at moot, but I thought
you might find it interesting. Regardless, I think you'll find most everyone
very friendly and eager to get to know you. I know my lady, Ameline, will be
quite excited as she too has a passion for glass bead making. Again,
"Welcome to Elfsea - where life is good" and I look forward to seeing you at
Moot!

At your service,
Lord Armand Dragonetti
Elfsea Historian/Virtual Scribe
Squire to Sir Galen of Bristol, Baron of Elfsea

PS: You will no doubt hear "Life is Good in Elfsea" more than once, but when
moot is held where there are free libations (Coor's Distribution Center) and
business meetings boast swimming and a hot tub at the location, we have
found few (if any) that don't agree that "Life is Good here". In reality,
the phrase grew out of the dedication, service and quality of it's members
and not the perks of meeting places. :-) And that is at the heart of why so
many of us are excited to welcome new members.

Since the Baron has so graciously welcomed us in
private email and everything seems to be quiet on the
list, I'll use this opportunity to introduce myself
and my family.

My name is Lady Rixende de Rouen and I have served as
the Minister of Arts and Sciences for our Canton for
the past year and a half. I am addicted to glass
beadmaking and am a musician as well. I am apprenticed
to Mistress Signy Dimmredaela, currently of Meridies.

My husband is Lord Tomas Niallagain and he is an
accomplished herald (if I do say so myself) having
served the crowns of both Meridies and Atlantia well.
He has served as a group herald for a total of 4
years, and has been the exchequer concurrently for the
last year.

Our son Daniel O'Niallagain, is a fiesty two year-old
who came out of the womb charming everyone he meets,
especially the "older" blond women (the 18-20 year
olds)

We began our SCA life in Meridies. (I was a charter
member of the Region of Glenn Abhain) After spending
almost 3 years in Atlantia, We will be moving into the
Barony of Elfsea for the beginning of August, and will
be house-hunting in the Mid-cities area Sunday, Monday
and Tuesday. We hope to make it to Moot on Monday
evening. (Directions anyone?)

We look forward to meeting all of you soon!
