ES - Defender Classes

While I would be delighted to co-teach such a class, I 
fear I'll be a tad busy all day at Elfsea Defender.  I 
feel sure that we have several knights and/or Dons who 
would be quite good to fill in such a role, and have 
fewer prior commitments for that events.
