I believe Timothy of Glastonbery made a suggestion to have a "heraldic" A&S, 
where people could submit something that had their arms on it.  People who 
wished to compete in the event, could simply write down their
entry on a piece of paper thusly:

Name of entrant
Object of heraldry (perhaps with documentation for the piece)
The blazon of their arms

The judges could use the list to find the objects on the field.  Points 
could be assigned for "visibility"(Hey where is that crest of Drachenwald?), 
proper display, etc. of the piece.  We could even enlist the help of a 
herald to judge the objects for proper blazoning and display.
