ES - The Elfsea Defender Tournaments (long)

Baron Galen,
I have never been to a Defender, but I believe that your ideas, for this
event,  would make for a very memorable first. I wouldn't miss it for the
world.
The Tor's KAS (knife,axe & spear)  team where invited to hold a throwing
competition. My question is this, how can we run our competition and still
be able to participate in the lists or watch other events and visa versa for
participants?
