ES - Elfsea Defender Chivalric Tourney

I like this very much!!!  This will involve the fighters in A&S by allowing
them to enter their shields, banners, etc. and the non-fighters can enter
favors and any and everything else that has heraldic arms on it.  (Timothy,
can you help me get my arms approved before Defender?).
