Has someone stepped forward to put it together? If not I have and idea. 
How about we take the first Trimarian the Arthurians meet hostage (and
kill the rest) and the only way for this poor soul to earn his freedom
is to publish the Rag.

Just a thought, I know no true blooded Ansteorran would touch this
project with a pike.
