This year we were good - but next year we will be better! We learned some hard-won lessons at the hands of our honourable foes, the Trimarians and their allies, that could only be learned on the battlefield. Our steel has been tempered by War, and will be all the stronger for it next year. Vivat to our good friends the Talons of Falconrose, who began our tempering in the heat of their skillful forge, and helped make us a force to be reckoned with in battle.

I have known few experiences that have filled me with such pride as to stand in the shield wall with so brave and worthy comrades, facing down the enemy and winning their respect. Fellow Arthurians, you do me great honour in allowing me to be one of you, and I hope to return that honour by standing with you for as long as I am able to lift sword and shield.

I survived longer on the shield wall than ever before -- thanks to
the unforgiving spear and glaive pounding we got at every single
Authurian practice. Thank you Wolf. Just call me Llew
No-longer-spear-fodder Mailin.
What we take for our new challenge might be a still standing
challenge. When we were given the kingdom war banner, we were charged
with getting that banner into the castle -- which we did not do. I would
like to start two discussion threads: 1) seige assault strategy and 2)
seige defense strategy. Please respond in these threads with sorely
needed ideas.
The Liondragon Guard, Coastal Region, and Bryn Gwlad are welcome to
do what we've done -- provided that next year, we do something they
haven't yet seen.
