I just tried the addy you gave for dsds.org, and had no problems logging on.  
I have had problems in the past, however, which seem to indicate an overload 
on visitors to a particular site I can't access.  If you wait a bit then try 
again at another time (afternoons and evenings are always high Internet 
traffic times), you will probably be able to get to your site without 
problems.

IMHO and my 2 coppers. :-)
