ES - Business meeting (Apology)

I thought the reason for this mailing list was to discuss things concerning
the Barony.

Fearghus, never fear your thoughts were in the right place...........what
was best for the Barony.   And I think everyone was aware of this.

Afan and I have been working on a paper called "The Responsibilities and
Duties of the Populace"

One line of that paper fits really well here........
"Not all ideas are good, but all ideas warrant discussion."

Fearghus, keep on truckin'  we need more people like you!
