ES - FW: Business Meeting

To be honest, I feel that moving any meeting on short notice is a bad idea.

Not everyone is on the list, not even everyone is in the Domsday.  I would
suggest that Business Meeting be held, as usual, and those who need to be
elsewhere doing other things simply do that.  We will understand, I assure
you. ;-)

There have only been hurt feelings from 'disconnected' people when we've
moved things on short notice before.

I would like to make a suggestion, since next week is business meeting and
it falls on the day that either staff will be setting up camp at site for
Springfaire and I personally will not be there, and we will be loading the
truck could we either move business meeting to Wednesday or cancel it. I
have spoken with Dan and he is of the same opinon. He did say Wednesday
would be ok with him. If we get the word out this week we can probably get
in touch with everyone that would probably be attending.
Just a thought.
