Looks from here like you're doing great so far!

It seems I have a large round period-looking pavillion, if that would be of
use.

Way to go, Bree!

This has been a big at many demos I've been to.

Excellent!

Have you discussed with Brigid having literature to distribute? There are
brochures (last I spoke with Brigid, she was looking for them), but I don't
know if there are enough. Even a card with a reference to our website for
folks to take with them would be a good thing. My goal is for the person
who sees the demo and loves it to have something to take with them to get
back in touch with us the following week, or the following month. I don't
want to have to stop and start fumbling for bits of paper and pens in the
midst of discussing the SCA. We should also have a book or sheet for
interested folks to sign, so we can contact _them_. Perhaps following
up on that signup sheet should be a seperate task for another volunteer?
Or, Brigid, do you want to do that yourself?

We've gotten some very good members through this demo, and it's always
great fun, especially for our celts (whether in persona or, like me, only
mundanely). We've also gotten some good press (one year, all the press
the entire festival got in one paper was the SCA presence -- nice for us,
but not exactly fair).

This will be a lot of work before it's done, but it's a blast!
