No; this Uriah (pronounced with emphasis on the first 
syllable) is a new member; I've heard him perform at 
Tarkus' bardic, and in the competitions for Bard of 
Elfsea and of Steppes.  He's only been in the US 2 years, 
and Warlord was only his 2nd event.  He's a native of 
Israel, and speaks English with a heavy Hebrew accent.  
He seems a sweetheart of a guy, but you'd never mistake 
him for Uriah of Wolfstar.
