Furthermore, to keep from having to pay taxes, sales taxes, etc
(this would not be part of our charitable operation) we shold
merely ask for donations and suggest $0.50. It should be done
by an individual and not the Barony. The proceeds can be donated
by that individual at any time.

Not as long as we only sell to each other and don't use a sign that will
indicate we are selling anything. If we let our entire group know drinks are
for sale for 50 cents on an honor system, it is okay. But if we try to sell
anything to the public, we become a vendor and must pay to participate.
