ANST-Announce - heavy rapier tournament at Steppes Warlord

This post is to answer some questions posed about the Steppes Warlord
schedule - specifically:
On Saturday, I am sponsoring a heavy rapier tournament at Steppes Warlord,
starting at about 11 a.m. This is not a part of the Baronial Championship
tourney. It is merely an opportunity for enthusiasts of rapier to cross
blades, and hopefully to teach and be taught, and have a good time.
Any questions or concerns regarding the heavy rapier tournament may be
