ES - Ucon Demo

Bert is planing on going to the con anyway. I don't care if I get a ticket
or not, but I would like to know what times we are supposed to be there. I
would be willing to help man a sign up/A&S demo table.

I'm waiting for the final response, but I will call them again to get it.
The last one I had was that
our times (2 hours on each day) were reserved for us, but we would only get
6 tickets each day.
However, the demo area was outside the paid admintance area, so you would
not need a ticket
to participate in the demo - only to go into the exhibit area.

We have not really organized anything because we decided (before the demo
area was determined
to be free access) that we would require more than 6 people to put on the
demos we wanted to
put on (Chivalric fighting, Rapier fighting, and dance) plus artisan
displays and a booth for signups.
We still get the booth if we do the demo, by the way. This would require at
least 3 or 4 in each of
the fighting styles, 6 or so for dance, plus access for the artisans and
someone to man the booth.
The total would be at least 12-18 people with only 6 tickets.

If we had enough people who wanted to pay their own way to the exhibit area
or did not want to
go there, then we could do it. We have not had very many people show
interest anyway (other than
Alaric, Stella, and Bert). If there is support for this - tell me now (that
is today - Tuesday).
