ES - Scroll Deadline : Extended

*** SCROLL DEADLINE MOVED THIS MONTH TO MONDAY THE 27th ***

Just a reminder to columnists and those who have promised me articles for
the Elfsea Library that the deadline for the Scroll is the normally the 25th
of the month.  Since that rather harshly comes on top of a holiday this
month, and since there is simply no way that I can get time to layout a
Scroll this weekend while also hosting Thanksgiving for my family, I am
extending the deadline for the scroll to Monday, November 27th, at Moot.  At
that point, all reports are due, columns are due, etc.
