1300 is an hour after Prime.  Medieval people were not terribly concerned 
about exact "hours", it's more like - "I'll meet you at the church an hour 
after vespers".

I'd love to have a regular archery practice, but it would depend on where it 
can be held and what type of archery we are allowed (target or combat).  
Target is easy enough - there is a place called Red Sands archery, right 
here in Arlington.  I've been interested in finding a place where we could 
do combat style archery.

Caelin has been looking into Randol Mill Park, and just needs to follow up 
with the person who said they could take responsibility.  I am hoping to 
have regular archery practice in the park sometime at the beginning of the 
next millenium (since that is a little more than a month away).  But if we 
could find another location, I'm all for it.
