I do have a pattern that would work for a cotehardie.  Actually it's 
instructions on how to measure for a 14 gore gown (but we don't have to use 
that many).  It's based on an actual pattern from a period gown that is 
well-fitted through the torso, and flares nicely from the hips.  It can be 
opened down the front or back, or even laced up the sides.

I've done one for a lady who doesn't play that much anymore, so I don't know 
if I did it well or not.  But it seemed to fit her well.
