I have been off line and out of touch for quite some time (486 mail messages
worth)

1. I had given a disk to Ealfsea Scroll and I believe given the appropriate
permission to edit and use said writings.

2. The feast basket auction sounds like a wonderful idea -- where do I
volunteer to make on for the next time. (I think that the idea of auctioning
supper baskets is an old frontier tradition -- correct me if I am wrong but
doesn't that appear in Oklahoma the musical).

3. SCA Weddings
Apparently the Germans had a tradition to do with the bride tossing her shoe
filled with largess rather than her bouquet (might be a dowry contribution of
sorts) -- you might want to check that out.

The oldest wedding ceremony I am aware of (other than Eastern Orthodox (1 &
1/2 hours for first weddings -- don't forget to pass the brides flowers to
her father if you are a sponsor) is in the Methodist hymnal. It sound very
period and if it does not upset your minister/priest/J. ot P. might be worth
looking into.

TTYL and sooner I hope

Aeryn
