ES - Gulf War Kitchens - truck

Arabella here:  Just my ideas about a truck.

We in Elfsea have already discussed the possibility  of renting a truck.  I can't speak for the populace or their Excellencies but I can say it will probably fly this year.  We did discuss allowing any person who was providing items for group use to have space in the truck.  

This issue was raised last year by several people, including me, the strain on packing space that bringing extra stuff for the groups use can be on vehicles and persons.  

There are people who for what ever reason didn't have a ride to Gulf War... One or Two of those people could drive the truck to Mississippi.  Have a pre-arranged date and time for items to be dropped off for the truck to be loaded.  

Items could include: All food for group consumption, tables, chairs, Tents used for group use, pavilions used for group use, equipment for the kitchen i.e. (pots,  pans, cookers, propane bottles, cooking utensils) all the disposable eating utensils, plates , cups.  (Elfsea already has a starting supply of eating stuff left over from last year... I know it's in my garage and I don't want to transport it again) area lighting, (tiki torches, propane bottles, torches) list ropes to rope off our space until everyone gets there, banners to decorate our space, water containers, boxes of trash bags, tin foil, zip bags, papertowels, handiwipes, ......... the list goes on

Hi there, all.  Catrin here.  My initial ante, if you please, on the GW kitchen idea: 
  I propose we investigate the possibility of the baronies pooling some money to rent a group-use hauling vehicle(s) for the community gear.....
