ES - Springfaire A&S

There is a general A&S Competition/ Display at Spring Fair the catagories
are Childrens and Adults. documentation is always sugested, but not required
this time. This will be a populas choice. The A&S competition will run along
sideof but not part of the frugal garb competion.
