I will not be at Spring Fair this year. I will be at yet another Job Fair.
It 
seems the trend is to hire Young teachers who are cheaper. Also the one I 
went to this weekend had over 500 teachers tring out for about 50 jobs.
There 
were only 4 in my area. 
So while you are out there pray for me.
