I met Bert for lunch today and showed him the
gauntlets.  The expresion on his face can only be
described as
"ohmythosearemineIwouldhavebeenkilledifyouhadn'tpickedthemupyou'reahero"

Or something like that ;-)

Anyway, they're his, and now they are back in his
posession.
