Your Excellency (and everyone else for that matter):

I called the hospital a little while ago.  The man in 
ICU said she could not have live flowers or plants in 
ICU.  They encourage balloons and cards.

Visitors are welcome.  No children under the age of 12 
(I believe it was) are allowed.
