I know this is off topic but also I know there are a bunch of Sprint PCS
customers out there.  If you paid your latest bill by their direct billing
system over the web or in any other way via a debit or credit card, you
should check your account.

Around 10,000 accounts were charged multiple times, my own 5 additional
times.  We only discovered this because we keep close tabs on our account
balance from our bank via their website, otherwise we would only have found
out when we got the overdraft notices.  They also seem unwilling to resolve
the situation in a timely manner that doesn't involve over a two or three
week wait for a check to come in the mail.

Apparently the error occured on the overnight transactions of March 30
(April fools joke from a programmer, anyone?) and was discovered this
morning (4/4) by Sprint.  Their customer service has no idea when the matter
will be resolved, does not have a case number, and simply says "the refund
process has been started".
