I’ve enjoyed being dead so much the past two years that I’ve decided to do it again.  Come and celebrate my life by celebrating my death.  Talk nice about me.  Talk bad about me.  Eat, drink and be merry, for later on you’ll probably have to put up with me making a speech.

Also, Conor na Mara, known to one and all as Bear, is leaving us due to a relocation of his mundane job, and will be moving to the Stargate area.  Come and say farewell, and berate him for leaving us and moving so far south.

What will be provided:  Deep fried turkey (compliments of Lord Dunstan), smoked brisket and at least one other meat.  Iced tea, lemonade and water.  Paper plates and plastic utensils.  A large yard suitable for tents, in case you intend to imbibe freely and should not be driving home afterward.

What to bring:  A pot luck dish that will feed at least several people.  Your own mug or cup.  Something to sit on.  Whatever you like to drink, alcoholic or otherwise.  Musical instruments.  Songbooks.  Tents, sleeping bags, etc., if you want to drink a lot, party late, and crash right there until daylight.

Food suggestions:  Bread/rolls, butter, cheese, casseroles, salads, baked beans, raw veggies, chips, dips, cakes, cookies, pies, fruits, or whatever you want to show off and share.

Garb requested but not mandatory – I would rather have folks there in mundane clothing than not at all.

Those wishing to help get Polydore’s place ready for the party are welcome to show up as early as they like (within reason, of course).
