[Elfsea] Founding Baron/Baroness (was : The Ants of Elfse)

The founding Baron and Baroness do not have any special precendence
above that of a Court Baron and Baroness, except that in most cases
that they have had their Court Barony for quite a while, and hence
since precedence is ordered by the date given, they would come before
many other B&B's.
