I do not think it is a good idea to talk to the Evil Neighbor.  She has some
sort of mental disorder that causes her to wish to be the center of
attention and perceived as a victim.  She had Logan arrested the last time
he talked to her.  I call her Evil for a reason.

The best offense is a good defense.
Talk to the neighbor and find , in a non confrontational manner, and find
out why she thinks they are abused or neglected,  It may be something as
simple as combing their hair or putting on a clean garment.  We know you and
know that neither of you neglect or abuse your kids.  But dont forget most
people have to go by appearences.
