[Elfsea] Consolidation of Meetings

When I started playing, it seems to me Moot was on either a Wednesday or a
Thursday (yes, we had seven days in a week back then!).  So even Moot has
been changed around.

But the idea of putting Moot and Business Meeting on the same week day, just
different weeks, while it might sound bad at first, does have some merit.
How many people attend Business Meeting but don't attend Moot?  That is your
barometer.

The other idea is to try it that way for a while, and if it adversely
affects attendance, then switch back.
