Hello, everyone!
This is Lady Genevieve del Gamba, and I am passing on the announcement
for the Alexandrian Symposium, which is this weekend. The topic this
weekend is Food and Festival, and I highly recommend this lecture series for
anyone interested in the period uses and politics of food. I will be giving
a class titled "The King's Deer: The Use and Prevelance of Venison in
Period Recipes." Lots of other great classes are offered. I hope to see
some of our great cooks from Elfsea this weekend! By the way....I'm
bringing samples....! ;-)
In service,
Lady Genevieve del Gamba
Apprentice to Mistress Xene Theriane
