The Coronation of Thier Royal Highnesses Aaron and Britta MacGregor

      To be Held in the Shire of Crossrode Keep, on January 12th, 2002.


This accession to the Royal Throne of Ansteorra will take place in the Scurry County
Coliseum in Snyder, Texas  (900 E. Coliseum Drive, Snyder, Texas).  The site will open on
Saturday January 12th at 8:00 a.m. and close at 11p.m. that night.

A New King's Champion will also be determined in a Trial by Combat that will be held on
this day. The Inspection of Arms will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the tourney to begin at 9:00.
Format for this Tourney will be at the discretion of his Royal Highness.  The Shire of
Crossrode Keep will provide free Coffee to all attendees that morning.  During part of the
day their will also be Childrens activities planned as well.  Inside the hall space will be
provided for Merchants to display thier wares, with a one table per merchant with the tables
to be provided.   However there will be no more then 15 merchants allowed, so please
contact the Merchant Coordinator as soon as possible to arange for your space.  Several RV
spaces are also available at the Coliseum for rent. Please contact the Autocrat for more
information on these spaces.

A Hearty Feast for 300 is being prepared to celebrate this day by the HL Sigren Inn
Harfargi.
Feast includes the following: Bread with Butters, Salad with Raspberry Viniagrette, Chicken
Soup, Smoked Beef, Armored Turnips, Glazed Carrots and Bread Pudding for dessert.
Please contact the Feastocrat for any dietary needs or concerns.  The Merchant
Coordinator is taking Feast Reservations.

The City of Snyder has several inns within 1.5 mile of the site.  The following is a list of
several of these establishments. Please indicate that you are with the SCA for a group

The Site IS DRY.  No pets are allowed on site except for service animals (Animals must
have current rabies papers).  No one under 18 will be permitted on site without a parent or
legal guardian.  Guardians must be a least 21 years of age.  Minors must have a Notorized
SCA Minor's Waiver Form.  This site is also handicapped accessible.   Please make all
checks payable to SCA, Inc.- Shire of Crossrode Keep.

Site Fee: $10.00 ages 15 and up;  $5.00 for children 8 to 14; under eight free for Site only.
The Maximun Site fee for a family will be $30.00 (or the cost of three adults).  Bring proof
of current SCA Membership and recieve a $2.00 discount.

Feast Fee: $6.00 per person; all children under 12 will be half price.

Directions:  Make your best way to the Intersection of Hwy 180 and Hwy 84 ( Just east of
Snyder, Texas).  Turn west onto Bus. 84 and go about 1.5 miles.  Site will be on the Left
side of the Road.  Look for the SCA Signs at the entrance to the Coliseum.
