ES - Children at events

I Agree with Darius that recoginition of the older children is helpful, 
however, I have seen it happen time and time again, that the girls who help 
are given recognition, both in court and out, however, how often do the older 
boys get even a  Thank You, much less recoginition?

If any older children help out then the praise and word fame, shoul go to 
each and every one regardless of sex.
