ES - Cub Scout Blue and Gold Banquet

As most of you know, we are putting on a demo for 
Pack 235 in Arlington on Friday the 23rd of February.
This is their Blue and Gold Banquet - a celebration 
of the birth of Scouting in America. Each has a theme 
and this year it is King Arthur's Court.

Pack 235 is approximately 130 kids and they bring about 
2 adults each to the event. The location is the First 
Baptist Church Arlington at 300 S. Center St. The banquet 
is at 6PM with the church opening a little after 2PM for 
decorations and such. They are feeding us (although they 
may not want to feed the entire barony, should we all sign 
up). We could use banners and other decoration. I have 
promised the officer banners.

We have decided to put on a full court with static 
displays, entertainment, and a chivalric fight. 
The result should be fairly impressive. We might 
even get a few recruits.

The following is my list of people who have signed up 
to help with the demo. If you don't see your name and 
you talked/emailed me, I'm sorry I missed you. There is 
still room for you. If you don't see your name and you 
did *not* talk/email me, I'm still sorry and there is 
still room for you.

We need 15 people in garb to sit, one per table, with the 
boys and their parents/extended family. We need 2 people in 
armor to act as live displays. We need people in armor to 
break into a fight during court (probably the same as the 
live displays). We need jugglers/entertainers to juggle 
or play music or whatever. We need people to man the 
static displays (Tanwyn). We need people to dance (Philip). 
And we need people to be part of the court. They expect at 
least 20 people and I need to get a count to them by 
this Thursday night (Feb 15th), if possible.
