This recipe has been tickling my memory for the last couple of days and I
just realized where I had seen it before - my little local Chinese
restaurant around the corner, China Cafe, does the same thing with big water
chestnuts.  Wrap with bacon, secure with a toothpick, deep fry...  I wonder
now how many different things we can come up with?
