ES - Update on Ballista Bolts part 2

Greetings,

I have finished tying all of the drilled tennis balls
onto bolts, and have tied the butt ends of all of
those as well.  So, we now have 23 bolts ready for
taping and this brings our total number to 54 once
those are taped.

I'm going to drill more tennis balls now, and then
continue tying.
