I don't remember seeing this posted on our list or the Ansteorra list, but
TRM announced at Candlemas that Earl Barn Silveraxe, Baron of Wiesnefeuer,
will be elevated to the Order of the Pelican at the March Crown Tournament
in Emerald Keep.  At this time, no vigil is planned.
