ES - Siege Weapons on Sunday?

At Steppes siege weapon practice on Sunday, I was told that we might not be
able to play with our toys at Randol Mill Park on Sunday.  Is that the case,
and if so, will there be an alternate location for a joint siege weapon
practice?
